Depending how you make them, you could probably make these for a cost of around $0.25 each. When you consider a similar sized breakfast burrito from Sonic costs $1.99, thats a damn good deal! Not to mention you can use much better ingredients – I suggest using local, fresh eggs!
Add some veggies too. I would add onion and some bell peppers for a fajita omelet burrito. Beans are great too, make it very filling. Spinach is another good option. I am including these in the vegetarian section even tho this particular recipe uses meat, but it would be just as easy to leave the meat out!
Anyone have any ideas for making these gluten free? Do corn tortillas freeze well?
