Basil-Walnut Pesto Recipe –

Made this the other day.  Great on fresh pasta.  I also loved it on baked potatoes, and also roasted zucchini, onions, and tomatoes.  My tip is to blend the walnuts first before adding the rest of the ingredients.


This is my favorite pesto recipe; rich but healthy due to good fats from olive oil and walnuts. It comes from The Omega Diet. I usually freeze half the recipe for future use.
