How To Substitute Cauliflower — Deliciously — For Just About Everything You Eat

Yes, thats a picture of rice-less cauliflower sushi.  Sushi.  Ive recently become a cauliflower convert, becoming more and more interested in the variety of recipes out there using it in all kinds of dishes as a gluten free and low carb alternative.  I first fell in love with Buffalo Cauliflower.  There is a recipe for one version under the following link, and Ive posted recipes for another version in the past.  But I ended up having sticking to the pan issues with it.  So, my favorite solution is now super simple – lightly cover cauliflower with olive oil, roast cauliflower at 400 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, turning once, until you see some caramelization and crispiness going on.  Take it out.  Cover it in a mix of Frank’s Red Hot and a tablespoon or two of butter.  Drizzle with ranch.  Eat.
