20 Nutrition Experts’ Favorite 5-Minute Meals – Shape Magazine.

Some great very fast, healthy recipe ideas.  Most are vegetarian and gluten free.

Some of my favorites here are: southwestern cabbage salad, noritos (nori seaweed rollups), big bowl of goodness (a little bit of pasta, and lots of veggies with some protein like grilled tofu) and swiss chard veggie wraps.
