Recipe of the Week: Gluten-Free Bagels | Delight Gluten Free Magazine.

The recipe calls for all purpose gluten free flour, and I dont have any, and I recently bought some buckwheat flour, tapioca starch, xantham gum, and sorghum flour to start trying out my own mixes and gluten free baking.  So, I halved the recipe roughly and winged it with :
1 tsp xantham gum

1 cup tapioca starch

1/2 cup buckwheat flour

2 cups sorghum

They are baking right now, but they smell awesome!  They dont look as nice as these tho, the buckwheat turns everything a sort of purplish gray color.  Does anyone have any suggestions on a simple good all-purpose mix, that does well at high altitude?
