Wow, this meal looks fantastic. It looks tasty, crisp, cool, fresh, hydrating, juicy, flavorful, unique… everything a hot summer lunch or dinner should be. Its meant to be combined at the table, cooked on a korean bbq or a hot pot in the center of the table if you like, but eating it cold would work just great too. You can add whatever veggies you like, and meat too if you want. I imagine grilled chicken breast chunks and thin cut steak would go very well with this.
